Our friendly staff are all skilled local people, mainly from the village who take delight in cooking a range of sumptuous freshly prepared meals for your enjoyment. After your meal you can enjoy a cup of locally grown coffee from the nearby plantations or enjoy an African nightcap on the veranda. Arusha is a large coffee growing area and Tanzania produced 50,000 tonnes of Arabica coffee in 2000.

All meals are taken in the dining room or on the beautiful verandah, where you can be amazed by a blanket of African stars. Lanterns light the table creating a lovely ambiance, as your taste buds are stimulated whilst listening to the calls of the hyenas from the park.

Individual requests are catered for, so if you would like a special meal, we can set up a fabulous dining table within the garden allowing complete privacy, to enjoy a star-studded romantic dinner or even champagne breakfast.

We try to use locally sourced ingredients, food and vegetables from the village or our own garden. All dietary needs are catered for. If you have any special occasion you would like catering for during your stay, we will do all we can to accommodate this, eg birthday cake, special anniversary etc
